Functioning

ALYMBO is governed by Law No. 90/053 of December 19, 1990, on freedom of association in Cameroon. In accordance with the provisions of this law, ALYMBO has adopted founding documents (articles of association and internal regulations) that organize its functioning. A social charter also organizes solidarity among members.

ALYMBO has the following bodies:

• The General Assembly, which makes decisions at the highest level regarding the association's operation

• The Executive Board, which leads the association and executes decisions of the general assembly

• The Committee of Elders, which resolves disputes within the association

• The Electoral Commission, which organizes elections within the association.
