Achievements

Scholarships:

The core business of ALYMBO is the distribution of excellence scholarships to the top-performing students of LYBIMBO. Since its establishment in 2013, ALYMBO has organized the ALYMBO Awards ceremony every year at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Scholarships range from 20,000 FCFA to 50,000 FCFA per student. In [10] editions, the ALYMBO Awards have rewarded 1,344 deserving students for a total amount of 41,900,000 FCFA.

Other Actions:

Beyond excellence scholarships, ALYMBO has also provided various support for the development of certain infrastructure at LYBIMBO, such as:

• the rehabilitation of roofs for nearly 20 classrooms

• plastering of a two-story building constructed at the school by the parent-teacher association

• providing the school with a significant stock of COVID-19 barrier materials

• contributing to the realization of a water drilling project.
